Erik Einesson - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Einesson is an accomplished project manager, CEO, and business developer with a focus on the security and technology sectors. He has extensive experience in consulting and facilitating the procurement of a broad range of security and defense products and equipment for diverse clients, leveraging a robust network to identify suitable manufacturers and suppliers, manage pricing, and streamline procurement processes.
Mr. Einesson also brings considerable expertise in advising, training, organizing, and executing security operations in collaboration with civilian, military, and government entities. His military background includes service in the Swedish Army's Ranger Regiment as well as an instructor role within the Swedish Armed Forces, NATO-led international missions, and serving in the Swedish International Rapid Reaction Battalion. Additionally, Mr. Einesson has held senior leadership positions as a senior officer with the security firm SIG and as CEO of a personal protective equipment and technology company.

Ulf "Wolf" Bjaaland - Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wolf is an accomplished Army Veteran and Reserve Officer with service in the Norwegian Army Ranger Special Forces. He brings over 20 years of experience in special operations, military strategy, leadership, and military intelligence. Mr. Wolf also has two decades of expertise as a project manager in IT-related fields, including cybersecurity, counterintelligence, and surveillance, and 15 years as Chief Technical Officer for a security, intelligence, and safety firm.
In his career, he has overseen client technology strategy, troop deployment, logistics, anti-terror initiatives, offshore security, and search and rescue operations. Mr. Wolf holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications and Cybernetics, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Military Science and Strategy of Technology.

The Honorable Joseph E. Schmitz - iKey Chairman of the Board
Mr. Schmitz has been running iKey Solutions office in Washington, USA, since 2011. Mr. Schmitz served as the fifth Senate-confirmed Inspector General of the Department of Defense from April 2002 to September 2005. As such, he was agency head of the most expansive Inspector General organization in the world, with statutory policy oversight responsibility for roughly 60,000 auditors, investigators, inspectors, law enforcement officers, and oversight professionals throughout the Department of Defense. For his service as Inspector General of the Department of Defense, Mr. Schmitz was awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service, the highest honorary award presented by the Secretary of Defense to non-career federal employees. His pre-Inspector General public service included twenty-seven years of naval service, From September 2005 through December 2008, Mr. Schmitz served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of the Prince Group. Mr. Schmitz graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1978 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Stanford University in 1986.

Championed the creation of the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC); the preeminent office for disease control policy in Nigeria. NCDC was instrumental in the eradication of Ebola in the country and is now managing efforts for COVID-19 control. This organization is the counterpart to the United States CDC.

Significantly increased the number of people on HIV treatment in both South Africa and Nigeria and put the first 500,000 South Africans on HIV treatment and a latter 1,000,000 more patients.
Dr. R. Dean Linden - Medical Director and distributor North America
Dr. R. Dean Linden is a graduate of Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada, and the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His first academic position was at the University of Toronto (1985-1989) where he served as an Assistant Professor of the Division of Neurosurgery. He joined the University of Louisville, Division of Neurosurgery as an Assistant Professor in 1989. He was promoted to Associate Professor and received tenure in 1992. During his academic career, he focused on collaborative development between academia and industry. He has won several academic awards and honors, has published extensively, and has given more than 100 academic and business presentations.
In parallel to his academic career, Dr. Linden developed extensive experience as an entrepreneur. He has been involved with a number of private and public companies in a variety of industries as a consultant, founder, owner and operator, CEO, Chairman, and Director. In January 2000, Dr. Linden resigned from his tenured position at the University of Louisville, to dedicate his time now mainly to iKey development projects and entrepreneurial activities.
Sofia de Fay - Communication Strategist
Sofia de Fay’s long and successful career as a writer and film director has taken her all over the world-hopping between cultures, languages, and continents. She has racked up an impressive portfolio of award-winning films for the top mining houses, energy companies, governments, sovereign wealth funds, and leaders. Her work in film has given her exclusive access to decision-makers and knowledge of corporations, government relations, public affairs, and brand marketing in different geographies and complex environments. Glancing at her client list it might be easier to ask whom she has NOT worked for. Her strong communication skills and understanding of different cultures help us bridge the chasms of trust, creating a comfortable meeting place for new partners to work together. Joakim "Joke" Östling - Chief Instructor
Jocke is a former scout/sniper with the army rangers. Close protection operative with international experience. Firearms instructor with 13 years of experience within the armed forces and private security sector. Focus on long-range negotiation, handguns, carbines, and Military tactics. Holds a degree in information/cybersecurity and works with strategic national security.

JL Roodt - Operations Director
Mr. Roodt, a former Colonel who served in both the Parachute Battalion in the Military and with the South African Police Services has over 30 years of experience in the security and explosive industry. He has worked in numerous countries in conflicts such as Libya, South Sudan, the Republic of Sudan, DRC Congo, Vietnam, Taiwan, Kinmen Island, Laos, Cambodia, Angola, Myanmar, and others as a security and explosives expert. Among his many achievements is the Vietnam Friendship Medal he was awarded for work he conducted in Vietnam from the Vietnam Government. Director JL Roodt is duly registered with the Security Officers Board (SOB) and PSIRA to conduct related work in the private security industry. He is also registered as a Training Instructor and Assessor with the Safety & Security Sector Education Training Authority. He received his explosives training in Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, and South Africa. He is registered with the United Nations as a QA/Operations Officer and as a Mission Specialist. He is also registered with the Chief Inspector of Explosives SAPS (South Africa) as an explosive destructor, with the DoL as Explosive Manager and Member with the National Institute of Explosive Technology.

S.N. 3 Gopal Shrestha - Operative Commander
Mr. Kumar has 20 years of military experience, served in UAE, Malaysia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other international conflict zones. Served with the United Nations with peacekeeping, humanitarian aid, among other responsibilities. Worked with multiple International private companies as security expert and team coordinator. Kumar has been working with iKey Solutions since 2012 where he is highly appreciated for his, experience, loyalty, commitment, and hard-working mentality. Mr. Kumar is also the commander of our Gurkha soldiers.
